CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR DELIVERY INFORMATION

The deadline for Christmas delivery is midnight Thursday 19th December 2024. Any orders placed after this time may not be delivered before Christmas. Our warehouse will be closed from close of business Monday 23rd December 2024 until Monday 6th January 2025 to give staff a well earned break. Any orders placed during this time period will not be shipped until week commencing 6th January 2025 when our warehouse reopens.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

We currently deliver products to customers in most parts of the United Kingdom (mainland addresses), and use FedEx delivery service. Unfortunately at this time we do not deliver to Northern Ireland and other locations from our UK online shop due to the implications of Brexit. We do have an online shop in the United States – for delivery to a US address click here.

‘SHOP’ DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMES

Unless our online team contacts you, your goods will be delivered at the times noted below.

1. ‘STANDARD’ DELIVERY [UNITED KINGDOM]

  • Cost –  £5.00 on orders up to the value of £40.00
  • Delivery time – Up to three (3) working days from the day your order is accepted for mainland addresses, and up to five (5) working days from the day your order is accepted for Highlands & Islands addresses.
  • Please note – Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in the country or region of destination. Delivery may occur any time between the hours of 9am and 7pm for residential addresses.

2. FREE DELIVERY [UNITED KINGDOM]

  • Cost – Automatic ‘FREE’ delivery will be generated if you spend over £40.00 (includes after discounts have been applied)
  • Delivery time – Up to three (3) working days from the day your order is accepted for mainland addresses, and up to five (5) working days from the day your order is accepted for Highlands & Islands addresses.
  • Please note – Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in the country or region of destination. Delivery may occur any time between the hours of 9am and 7pm for residential addresses.

Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have, as well as the name, street, city, country address and postcode, the telephone number at the delivery address or the number of the person who has placed the order. You will be asked to provide this information as part of the checkout process on the website.

‘TRADE’ DELIVERY CHARGES AND TIMES

Unless our online team contacts you, your goods will be delivered at the times noted below.

  • Cost –  £25.00 for each delivery
  • Delivery time – Unless you are contacted by our online team, we will deliver all orders to you up to seven (7) working days from the day your order is accepted.
  • Please note – Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in the country or region of destination.

Delivery Instructions

If the shipment is going to a residential address, you will receive updates from our courier via text or email on the progress of your shipment. If you are not going to be in to collect the parcel, you will have the option via text or email to make alternative arrangements with our courier. If the courier attempts delivery (and hasn't received alternative delivery instructions) and no one was in to collect the parcel, the courier will attempt delivery the following day, leaving a notice advising the customer of this. If the courier feels that there is a safe place to leave the parcel, they will do so by leaving a notice advising the location of the parcel.

Business Premises

You must ensure that someone will be available during working hours to take delivery of your order. Orders placed for shipment to business premises or to other premises that have a mail room or central receiving area will be delivered to the mail room or central receiving area of the relevant premises.

Tracking

Please note that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day and will only be notified by the courier company if there is a problem.

Address Corrections

Please take care when inserting your delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly. In the event that an address has been provided incorrectly, and we incur a charge to re-deliver the goods to your correct address, we will re-charge this cost to you provided that we have advised you of such additional charges prior to incurring them and you have confirmed you wish the goods to be delivered.

Packaging

Please note we do re-use certain packaging materials to limit unnecessary packaging. Our packages can be wrapped with a combination of biodegradable air pockets, biodegradable filling chips, tissue paper, thin polystyrene wrap and cardboard boxes as required to minimise breakages.
