Our People | Ride the North 2017

Ride the North returns for another year, taking place on the 26th and 27th August 2017.
Cycle enthusiasts take on a two day challenge ride which celebrates the love of cycling and the beautiful scenery in the North East of Scotland covering around 170-175 miles.
Once again, Walkers Shortbread Ltd are proud to announce our sponsorship and participation with this worthy charitable event.

Ride The North 2017 – All for Charity
Over the past 6 years, all participants in this event have raised a whopping £1.4m for charity. For this year’s event, Ride the North have invited 13 partner charities to take protected places for riders who wish to support them. Charities include Alzheimer's Scotland, The ARCHIE Foundation and CLAN.
Our Ride the North Team
Our Walkers Shortbread team for 2017 comprises of a cross section of our workforce. Taking to the roads on wheels for us this year are:
