To mark the 2023 Coronation of King Charles III, we have launched this special-edition collector's tin featuring a portrait of King Charles III at the 150th anniversary celebrations of the Cadet Force on The Mall, London.

The national flowers of the four countries of the United Kingdom, namely the Scottish thistle, English rose, Welsh daffodil and Northern Irish shamrock have been incorporated into the design. The inclusion of the flowers represents His Majesty’s long commitment to and love of the natural environment for which he is very well known for.

This King Charles III Coronation Tin is packed full of Walker’s all butter Union Jack shaped shortbreads. Baked to a traditional family recipe for 125 years the shortbread is guaranteed to be made from only the finest ingredients possible to obtain and contains no artificial flavourings, colours or additives.  As always it is certified Kosher (OUD) and is suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients - Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (32%), sugar, salt.

Allergens - For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May also contain nuts. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool dry place.

So pleased with quality of the tin and the contents. The floral decorations in relief are delightful. The paper banding denoting a Limited Edition makes the tin a treasure to keep (but I will eat the shortbread)!
