Chocolate Shortbread Dippers

Enjoy a rich, buttery chocolate sauce made from scratch with fresh orange zest, double cream, and mascarpone.
Gather your friends and dunk Walker’s Shortbread Fingers into this oozy delight!
Ingredients
2 Packs Walker’s Shortbread Fingers
200g chocolate chunks
150ml double cream
50g mascarpone
25g unsalted butter
25g light brown muscovado sugar
1 tsp orange zest
Method
In a mixing bowl add the chocolate, double cream, mascarpone, butter and sugar. Microwave for 60 seconds then remove.
Add the orange zest and mix together until the ingredients have combined together into a deliciously oozy chocolate sauce.
Serve up a platter of Walker’s Shortbread Fingers and decant the chocolate sauce into a dipping bowl. Place in the centre of the platter and enjoy!
