Ingredients

2 Walker’s Shortbread Fingers, broken into chunks

200g greek yoghurt

Handful raspberries

Handful blueberries

Handful blackberries 

1 tbsp runny honey  

Handful mixed seeds  

Method

Start by spooning the Greek yogurt into a bowl to create a creamy base.

 

Layer on fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries for a burst of colour and flavour.

 

Sprinkle with a handful of mixed seeds for a satisfying crunch.
